	Stephanie Scarce, Sales Associate Email Stephanie \| Download vCard As the daughter of a real estate attorney and the granddaughter of a Beach Haven developer, LBI real estate has always been an integral part of Stephanie's life. Some of her fondest childhood memories involve growing up right here on the beaches of LBI.
